 On days of bleeding, it is good to put ice into pieces and put it in a cloth and apply the cloth all over the abdomen. Keeping it for 15, 20 minutes is enough. A change in blood circulation to cope with the cold will reduce the shredding. You can wear this 3 or 4 times.
2) Bathing the tub every day for 1-2 months will reduce it completely. The water will cover your abdomen from your thighs and the rest of the body will not get wet. You can stay like this for 20 minutes and then get up. 4) Burn coconut fiber to ashes
It should be washed and stored and mixed with a spoonful in a glass of buttermilk and should be used three times a day until it subsides.
